How can I shop online?
-Create an account by pressing on the “Create an Account” link in the top right corner of the hairbydorak website fill your account details when complete you will receive an e-mail with your account information and password on the adress suplied. Now you are ready to start shopping online, you can do that by clicking on the “shop online” menu link in the hairbydorak site menu bar. Navigating inside the shop online you can add items to your shopping cart and choose the products you would like to purchase by navigating on the menus and buttons, after that, add all your items to the shopping cart then follow the checkout process, thats it.
Why do I need an account?
-Your account will provide detailed information of your purchases and a way of resuming orders, it also provides us with the information we need for our work procedures.
What information is in the account?
-Account details, View order status, Completed orders, Wish list, your Recent items, Products in your cart, tracking and more.
Can I shop without an account?
-Yes, you can purchase products in guest mode by "checking out as guest" and filling in all form details, you can shop in this mode but having an account gives some advantages on details like re-order speed up process, data alredy being filled in, next order and more.
How can I make an order?
-Register an account, once you have finished you simply navigate to the "shop online" menu, from there you can add to cart one or more items you wish to purchase, next proceed through checkout, filling in your order details. If you prefer you can make the order without registering an account.
Can I re-order the same product?
-Yes, log in to your account and use the "REORDER" button which is found through "View Order Status" inside "My Account". Clicking "REORDER" makes the same purchases you last made, saving effort and time.
How can I refund a order?
-In case you detect damage to your goods or anything wrong with your purchase you can return it to us. First step is to gather the item/s along with the receipt and then package the items/products you wish to return, second step is to return it by registered mail.
What happens in an “out of stock” product situation?
-Our site does not have an out of stock warning yet, in case we are out of stock we will contact you imediately to inform you how much additional time it takes to stock the product again but your order is still made we will ship it as soon as we have the product again. Please email us or call if you wish to modify your order.
How do I use the book online service to make an appointment online?
-The Booking online service has a full description of what services you would like to schedule as well as specific appointement times, preferred stylist and more. To use it, click on the "book now" button on the bottom left corner of the hairbydorak homepage and fill in the form, when complete you will receive a confirmation email and if you have completed the register process you only need to do it one time.
How do I cancel an appointment I've made online?
-By simply calling us.
What payment methods does Hairbydorak accept?
-All payments can be done by credit card with paypal and we accept several card types, your credit card must be valid for internet transactions if you suspect this may not be the case please contact your financial institution. Paypal uses an SSL secure conection and secure system, in case you don't have a paypal account you can still do payments using the same process by pressing on "Dont Have a Paypal Account" next just fill the data and thats it.
Can i purchase something and pick it up from your shop?
Yes sure. Throught checkout you have an option for that.
Is Hairbydorak a secure website?
-Yes, we use a secure SSL conection for our payments and for our customers personal data and information.
